Hi, I'm Dee Miles, I'd like to give you a bit of information on who I am.  I have extensive background in sales, marketing and advertising. I owned an advertising company prior to my real estate career. I have been a multi-million dollar agent since 1996, and have had great success in marketing & selling residential properties, land, investment properties, farms, vacation homes and multi-unit properties. Having grown up on farms in New England, I am extremely comfortable marketing and selling all types of farms. I also have had great success in re-sales and first time home buyers. In fact in the past I did a monthly home buyer seminars. I was born in Maine and lived there for 10 yrs., I also lived in Massachusetts for 12 years, then moved to Maryland in 1982. I thoroughly enjoy selling homes in Maryland. I am passionate about my career. I work for Coldwell Banker Innovations, which is not only a national company, it is also an international company with offices in over 30 countries. I do referrals with agents all across the country, and in other countries.

I've been an active volunteer with the Washington County Meals on Wheels program through the department of aging delivering meals to our local seniors.  In the past I have been active with the Homes from the Heart program , Habitat for Humanity, as well as Habitat for Humanity International. I love working with people, and helping dreams come true. I am very casual and down to earth. I love a good laugh, yet know when to be serious. I'm sincere in my desire to get to know you, and know what it takes to help you buy & or sell your home. You can count on a smile. I always try to treat others as I would want to be treated. I work with buyers, sellers & investors. I list and sell homes primarily in Frederick, Washington, Carroll, Howard, Montgomery,  Ann Arundal , Allegheny & Garrett Counties.  In Maryland and Franklin, Fulton & Adams Counties in Pennsyvania.  However, I'm licensed in the entire state of Maryland & Pennsylvania so I can list and sell in any county. 

I am a mother, and a grandmother. I love working with families. I know how important it is to live in a environment that is designed for you. I know and respect how valuable family time is. I love & cherish my family as I know you do yours. I have a 45 yr old son, a 28 yr old son (RIP) and a 22 yr old grandson. Please visit and pass on www.freecycle.org You can join a freecycle group in your area free. It was designed to keep landfills down. It is nationwide. If you no longer need or want something do not throw it away, freecycle it. if you or a family member or friend or co worker are in hard times and need something. It is a place where you can also acquire something for only the cost of gas to go pick it up. From Freecycle you can also find recycle groups in your area.
